The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course improves the buoyancy skills you learned as a new diver and elevates them to the next level. You don't have to be "advanced" to take it, the course is designed so you can get started right after your Open Water course. The course builds on what you've learned, giving you more experience in new environments and takes your scuba diving to the next level.
